Helene and Irving’s Sibling Bond: A Testament of Hope in the Shadows of History

Helene and Irving’s Sibling Bond: A Testament of Hope in the Shadows of History

Is Helene and Irving’s Sibling Bond One for History?

Siblings fight, and that’s a fact that has existed since the olden days.

We can talk about the bible, the first children of Adam and Eve. Cain hated his younger sibling, Abel. Though Abel never really went verbal, his actions alone caused pain and jealousy in his brother. Hence, they fought in silence that could kill. Eventually, Cain murdered his brother and paid for it.

We can talk about the mishaps in the English royal courts. The famous Boleyn sisters will come to mind. And although this part of history has never been kind to women, there is the truth that both sisters vied for the king’s attention at that period in time.

The sibling bond between these two is not very promising, is it?

Why does history portray such a sibling bond?

History has a lot to say about sibling rivalry, but that is probably because history tends to remember the drama that would ignite passion rather than contentment. But if you truly look around you, the most valuable thing about life is being happy about it.

Just like Helene and her brother, Irving.

Although Irving tried to sell his baby sister once, he kept her close to him. Not in a dragging, forceful way, but Helene always remembers that Irv seems to find his way around her when she needed it.

Helene and Irving’s sibling bond gives hope to humanity.

Should history remember Helene and Irving’s sibling bond?

Though not everyone is like Helene and her brother, people should remember the negative side of the past together with the positive.

Cain and Abel’s story can be used to portray abhorrent reactions to bursts of hatred, while the Boleyn sisters grew up being used by society as much as their parents who placed more importance on wealth and power than making a loving home.

So, yes! Helene’s bond with her brother deserves to be remembered. Theirs is proof that despite the inevitable sibling fights; naturally, siblings have a genuine bond between them that no one else can have.
